Backorder Terms & Conditions
Enjoy 10% Off on Backordered Items!
At Just Dining Furniture (JDF), we strive to offer a smooth shopping experience. Occasionally, high-demand items may be out of stock, but there’s no need to worry. As a token of our appreciation, we’ll give you an additional 10% discount on backordered items, even if the item is already on sale. Here’s all you need to know about placing a backorder with us.
What is a Backorder?
When a product you love is temporarily unavailable, you can still place an order for it—this is called a backorder. This way, you reserve your spot, and we’ll ship your item as soon as it’s back in stock.
How Does Backordering Work?
Placing a Backorder
If an item is on backorder, you can add it to your cart and proceed with checkout.
Payment for Backorders
Payment is collected at the time of order, ensuring your spot in line. If you’re purchasing multiple items, any in-stock items will be shipped first, while backordered items will be shipped separately once available.
Shipping Backordered Items
We prioritize getting backordered products to you quickly. As soon as the item is restocked, it will be shipped immediately, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Combined Shipments
To reduce shipping costs and minimize environmental impact, we’ll consolidate multiple items into as few shipments as possible.
Managing Your Backorder
- Estimated Restock Times: We strive to provide accurate restock estimates, but these dates may change.
- Order Updates: We’ll notify you via email about any changes to your backorder status. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account.
Modifying or Canceling a Backorder
If you need to make changes, contact us at admin@justdiningfurniture.co.uk. You can cancel your backorder any time before it ships for a full refund.
Why Choose Backordering?
- Secure Your Favorite Items: Don’t miss out—backordering lets you reserve popular products without waiting for a full restock.
- Effortless Process: We’ll keep you informed at each stage, so you know when to expect your items.
